Accessing the printer driver settings

Print
from the
File
menu in your application software.

Brother MFC-9420CN (USB) Printer
(If you are using a USB interface, then USB will be in the
printer driver name) and click
Properties
or
Preferences
. (
Document Default
for Windows NT

The Printer dialog box will appear.
