- Close the document scanner.
First side document scanning position sensor detects length of document 90 cm or
more.
User Check
- Check whether the document scanned is longer than the specified limit.
- Remove the jammed document.


Replace the sensor relay PCB ASSY.



actuator into place.

4 Sensor relay PCB defective Replace sensor relay PCB.
5 Main PCB defective Replace the main PCB ASSY.
