9.2 Head Joint Rubber/Head/carriage Unit/CR Timing Belt/

(1) Plug the Power cord into an electrical outlet.
(2) Press the power switch to turn on the power.

(3) Open the Document scanner unit.
(4) Hold down the Stop key, and the Head/carriage unit automatically moves to the
position shown in the figure.
(5) Pull out the Power cord from the electrical outlet.
