Section 4. Setting up Datalogger Networks
In this instance, for radio based links, the icon is a small yagi antenna. If you
hover the mouse cursor over the top of this connection point icon with the
station selected, a tool-tip type window will appear that gives specific details
about that link.
4.3.6 Adding Activities
The Network Planner provides a means for you to specify that certain kinds of
activities take place between station devices on a regular interval. These
activities include the following:
Scheduled polling from LoggerNet to a datalogger
Initiation of call-back data polling from a datalogger to LoggerNet (this is
a specialization of the set variable transaction)
Transmission of one-way data messages from a datalogger to either
LoggerNet or to another datalogger
Set or get variable transactions from one datalogger to another datalogger.
