basicinformationtoenablethemachinetobeoperated
correctly.Wherepossible,alwaysusetheloaderattach-
mentatfullenginespeed.Thersttimeitisoperated,
maneuverthemachineinacleararea,atlowspeed.
NOTE:Alwaysplacethebackhoeintransportpositionfor
betterstabilityandtractionwhenevertheloaderisused.
Loadingoperations
Tollthebucketfromastockpile,setthebucketinthe
levelpositionandlowertheattachmentwiththecontrol
leverto“oat”position.

Whentheloaderhasenteredthepile,pressdownthe
transmissiondisconnectbutton,allowthecontrollever
tomovebackwardsandthensimultaneouslyoperatethe
controlstoliftandrollbackthebucket.
Liftandroll-backofthebucketwillincreaseefciencyasa
levelbucketthroughouttheliftingcycleresistsbucketlift
andincreasesbreakawayeffort.
NOTE:Donotbeconcernedifthebucketisnotcom-
pletelylledduringeachpass.Maximumproductivityis
determinedbytheamountofmaterialloadedinagiven
periodoftime.Timeislostiftwoormoreattemptsare
madetollthebucketoneachpass.
