Tirespressure-Check
NOTE:Regularlychecktheconditionsofthetiresandalwaysobservetheinatingpressure.Beforeinating,check
thatthetires,rimsandtheircomponentsarenotdamagedandaresecurelyfastened.
Checkpressureonlywithcoldtires,whentiresarewarm,
thepressurevaluesdetectedarehigher.Inatetireswith
normalcompressedaironly.Wheninatingtires,stayat
duedistanceandconstantlyobservethepressuregauge
oftheinatingdevice,inordernottoexceedtheprescribed
pressure.Whileinating,makesurenobodystayscloseto
thetire.Ifavailable,placeaprotectioncagearoundthe
tire.Alwaysinatethetirestotheprescribedpressure”B”.
Atoolowpressure“A”canreducethemachine’sstability
andoverheatthetires,andcouldcause:

Tyrewallcrack.
•
Tyretreaddamage.
•
Internaldamage.
•
Irregularwearandshortenedlife.
Anexcessivepressure“C”determinesahighersensitive-
nesstodamageincaseofshocksandinextremecondi-
tions,therimcouldgetdeformedorthetiremayburst.

Inatingprocedure
1.Movethemachinetoalevelandrmground.
2.Lowertheloaderattachmenttotheground.
3.Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposi-
tion.
4.Ensurethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftlever
areinneutralposition.
5.Engagetheparkingbrake.
6.Stoptheengineandremovethekey.
7.Inserttheself-lockingspoutoftheinatingdevice(1)
intothetirevalve.
8.Theinatingdeviceisequippedwithapressuregauge
(2)whichenables,assoonasitisconnected,tocheck
thepressurevalue.
9.Ifpressureislowerthantherecommendedpressure,
inate.
