Brakeoil-Replace
1.FollowMachinesafetyposition.(ReferEngine-Safety
rules)
2.Removethebrakeoilreservoirinspectioncover.
3.Unlockthelockingpinonthebrakepedaltomakethem
independentofeachother.
4.Provideaplastictubeintoacleancontainerfromthe
brakebleedingnippleontherearaxleononeside.
5.Haveanassistantpumpthecorrespondingpedal.
6.Intermittentlyloosenthenipplenutandtightentofacil-
itateremovalofair.
7.Thebrakeoilshouldbetoppedupwheneverthelevel
reachedMINmarkinthereservoir.
8.Continuetheprocesstillallairisbledoutandnewuid
comesoutofthenipple.
9.Tightenthenipplelockingnutandcheckifthepedal
holdswhenpressedcompletely.
10.Ifnotrepeattheprocedure.
11.Repeattheprocedureontheotherside.
12.Raisetheloaderarmandremovethewheelchocks.
13.Movethevehicleandcheckthebrakingefciency.
