NOTE:Whendraining,thehydraulicoilmustbeatoperatingtemperature.
Raisetheloaderandbackhoecompletely.SwitchOffthe
engineandallowtheoiltodraintohydraulictankandthen
draintheoil.
1.FollowMachinesafetyposition.(ReferEngine-Safety
rules)
2.Placeacontainerwithsuitablecapacityunderthehy-
draulicoiltank(1).
3.Unscrewandremovethellercap(2)andthedrain
plug(3).
4.Lettheoildraincompletely.
5.Installandtightenthedrainplug(3).Torque:151-
174N·m(111-128lbft).
NOTICE:Hydraulicoilshouldbedrainedatthehydraulic
oiltankonly.

6.Fillwithcleanoiluntilthelevelreachesthemiddleof
thegauge(4).
7.Closethecap.
8.Starttheengineandoperatetheloaderattachmentand
backhoeattachmentfunctionsfor3-4min.
9.Bringtheloaderattachmentbacktothegroundandthe
backhoeattachmentinroadtravelposition.
10.Stoptheengineandremovethekey.
11.Checkthelevel.
12.Theoilmustbeatthemiddleofthegauge(4).Topup
ifnecessary.
NOTICE:Asmallquantityofhydraulicoilremainsinthe
lowerpartofthegauge.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthelevel
issufcient.
