6-WORKINGOPERATIONS
Loaderbucket–Removal
1.Movethemachinetoalevelandrmground.
2.Lowerthebuckettothegroundindumpposition
(tiltedcompletelyforward).
3.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
4.Ifthemachineisttedwitha4x1bucket,releasethe
pressurefromthebucketcircuit.
5.Removetheretainingringsandpinsanddriveoutthe
pins(1).
NOTE:Alwaysweareyeprotectionwhenusingatool
whichmightprojectmetalparticles.Useahammer
withasoftface,suchascopper,forpinsassembly/
disassembly.
6.Forbottomdumpbucket(iftted)disconnectand
plugthehydraulicsupplylines.
7.Starttheengine.
8.Operatetheattachmentcontrolssoastoreleasethe
bucket.
9.Reversethemachinefromthebucket.
