ifrequired.
6.Checkthehydraulicuidlevel.
7.Lubricatethemachinegreasettings.
8.Useapetroleumbasesolventandremovetherustand
corrosionpreventivefromthehydrauliccylinderrods
andspools,ect.
9.Installafullychargedbattery.
NOTE:Checkthebatteryperiodicallyforthecorrectelec-
trolytelevel.Wearfaceprotectionandtesttheelectrolyte
withahydrometer.Whenthehydrometerreadingisnear
1.215,chargethebattery.
10.Removeairfromtheenginefuellines.
NOTE:Beforestartingtheengine,makesurethereareno
leaks,missingorbrokenparts.
11.Starttheengineandrunatidlespeedfor2min.
Checkforleaksaroundtheltersanddrainplugs.
12.Operateallthehydrauliccontrolstoensurenormal
owofhydraulicoiltoallcomponents.
13.Stoptheengineandcheckthealluidlevelsofthe
enginecoolingsystemanddrivechaincompartments.

partmentsectionsforthecorrectprocedureoncheck-
ingtheuidlevels.
