Ifthemachineistoremainunusedforaperiodexceeding
30days,storeitundercoverorcoveritwithawaterproof
tarpaulin.Cleanthemachinecompletely.Paintallsurfaces
ofthemachinewherethepaintworkisdamaged,toavoid
rust.
Checkthemachineforwornordamagedpartsandreplace
asnecessary.
Lubricatethemachineanddrainthetransmission,hy-
draulicoiltank,rearaxleandengineandrellwiththe
correctgradesofoil.
Checktheradiatorcoolantlevel.Ifthemachineiswithin
100hbeforethescheduledmaintenanceafter2000h,or
within2monthsbeforethemaintenancescheduledafter2
years,performtheprescribedmaintenanceoperations.
Operatetheloaderattachmentsothatallitscylindersare
infullyretractedpositionandrestthebucketonablockof
wood.
Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposition.
Stoptheengineandoperateallthehydrauliccontrolsto
releaseallresidualpressurefromthehydrauliccircuits.
Coattheexposedportionsofthecylinderrodsandcontrol
valvespoolswithgrease.
Removethebatteryfromthemachineandstoreit.Place
blocksundertheaxlestoremovetheweightfromthetyres.
Covertheexhaustpipeopening.
Performtheengineprotectionoperations.
