6-WORKINGOPERATIONS
Loaderbucket–Install
1.Makesureallbushingsarecompletelyclean.
2.Removeanydirtorforeignmatter,ifnecessary.
3.Starttheengine.
4.Usetheattachmentcontrolstoengagetheattach-
mentbetweenthebucketlugs.
5.Reinstallthearm/bucketpins(1)andtheninstallthe
relevantretainingpinsandrings.
6.Usethebucketcontrolstoaligntheconnectingrod
holeswiththebucketlugs.
7.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
8.Forbottomdumpbucket(iftted)releasethepres-
surefromthebucketcircuit.
9.Installtherod/bucketpinsandtheninstalltherelevant
retainingpinsandrings.
10.Forbottomdumpbucket(iftted)removetheplugs
andreconnectthehydrauliclines.
