1.FollowMachinesafetyposition.(ReferEngine-Safety
rules)
2.Raisetheloaderandputsafetystrut.
3.Removethefrontgrille.
4.Unscrewthexingscrewandremovetheintercooler.
5.Cleantheintercooler(3)andradiator(4)using:
A.Compressedairwithapressurelowerthan7.0bar
(101.5psi)toremovedrydust.
B.Waterjettoremovemud.
C.Adetergent-basedsolution,preferablyapplied
withalow-pressurecleaner,toremoveoilydust.
6.Makesurealldirtanddebrishavebeenremovedes-
peciallyintheareabetweentheradiatorandtheinter-
cooler.
7.Reassembletheintercooler(3)andrelatedpiping.
8.Reassemblethefrontgrille.
9.Removethesafetysupportstrutandlowertheloader
attachment.
