tions.Anyfunctionaldisorders,especiallythoseaffectingthesafetyofthemachine,shouldthereforeberectied
immediately.

ofthemachineuntilreworktooriginalconditioniscompleted.Engineserviceand/orrepairsmustbecarriedoutbya
certiedtechnicianonly.

Themanufacturerisnotliableforanydamagecausedby“non-genuine”sparepartsoraccessories.

Thewarrantyapplicableforeachmodel570TBackhoeLoadermanufacturedbyCaseNewHollandConstruction
Equipment(India)Pvt.Ltd.(thecompany)willbeasgivenunder:
1.Eachbackhoeloader(equipment)manufacturedbytheCompany/CASEDealershallbedevoidofdefectsin
materialandworkmanship.
