Themachineisequippedwithahydrostaticpowersteer-
ing,whichconsiderablyreducestheeffortnecessaryto
turnthesteeringwheel(1).Familiarizeyourselfwiththe
effortrequiredtoturnthewheelbeforedrivingthema-
chineforthersttime.
NOTICE:Becauseyourmachineisequippedwithhy-
drostaticpowersteering,neverholdthesteeringwheel
againsteitherofthesteeringstops.Failuretoobserve
thisprecautionmayresultindamagetothesteering
systemcomponents.
NOTICE:Incaseofabrokensteeringhose,themachine
cannotbesteered,stopthemachineimmediatelyand
contactyourCASEDealer.
Intheeventoflossofpowertosteeringduetoengine
failure,themachinecanstillbetowedtoaplaceofsafety.
Theforcenecessarytoturnthesteeringwheelandsteer
themachinewill,however,bemuchhigher.
