Inserting the power supply unit-DC PSU/Fan+OAM/ Fan+OAMV2 module
Step Action
2 Determine whether two DC PSUs are working in the system.
3 Insert the power supply-DC PSU/Fan+OAM/Fan+OAMV2 unit.
Note: Fan+OAM or Fan+OAMV2 module is hot swappable. Hot swappable is
the ability to replace a defective component while the system continues to
function normally.
4 Slide in the power supply unit-DC PSU/Fan+OAM/Fan+OAMV2 module
along the guide ways provided on the chassis.
5 Insert the power supply unit-DC PSU/Fan+OAM/Fan+OAMV2 module
securely to the backplane of the 6200 network element.
6 Fasten the module to the chassis using a manual Phillips (PH1) screwdriver.
