2 UNPACKING
2.1 UNPACKING
The machine is delivered in a wooden packing case.
This is due to its dimensions and weight and avoids the
risk of damage to the machine.
All displacement should be done by a forklift or therefore
always by two persons because the gross weight is
about 110 Kg.
WARNING! DUE TO THE MACHINE WEIGHT AND
DIMENSIONS ALL DISPLACEMENTS MUST BE
DONE BY 2 PERSONS.
To unpack the machine as shown in fig. 1 please follow
the instructions below:
•
Remove the four side screws (1) with a 10 mm
wrench [UNI 6736], and remove the cover.

• Open the protection bag (3). Remove the four
screws (5) securing the plate (4) to the pallet (6)
using a CH 13 spanner.
•
Raise the machine without damaging it and remove
the two screws securing the plates beneath the
base using a CH 17 spanner (Pro Series / Maxima)
or CH 19 spanner (Metal OLD / NEW).
•
Having removed the screws the machine can be
lifted up and placed on the work table. This
operation should be done with two persons.
•
Open the envelope which contains the manuals
and the key for the front cover.
•
Please refer to the next paragraph in order to check
all the accessories.

• Keep the packaging material for possible future use
or dispose of it using the containers provided for
differentiated refuse collection.
