7.4 TROLLEY TRUCK LUBRICATION
The oiling of the trolley truck should be done every six
month if the machine works 8 hours/day using with
vaseline oil.
•
Oil the clamp's trolley guide (1) top and bottom
moving the trolley by hand right and left to assure
an even distribution of the oil and to control the
fluidity of the movement.
•
Lubricate in the same way the clamp guide (2),
moving the clamp manually to check that it moves
freely.
•
In case of friction or jamming which persists call the
Technical Assistance
•
Remove any excess oil.

7.5 CLEANING OF CLAMPING UNIT
Remove visible dust or dirt from the clamp (1) using a
clean brush or cloth.
