

A.4 SETUP PROCEDURE
The machine is configured by accessing the setup
routine and setting or modifying various parameters
which are then saved permanently in a CMOS memory
inside the machine.
MF GROUP srl can modify it without any communication.


SET UP
To access the setup routine press while
in the READY mode and type in the password. Contact
the local dealer for information about the setup
password.
The following menu will appear on the display:


• CONFIGURATION PARAMETERS
• SERIAL INTERFACE
• MECHANICAL PARAMETERS
• PROTOCOLS
• EMBOSSING WHEEL
• KEYPAD LCD
• PRINTER AND THERMOGRAPHIC
• THERMOGRAPHIC - SETUP


Use keys and to choose the desired


ENTER
menu; press to enter the selected item of the
menu.


ABORT
DUP
Press to go back to the previous menu; press it a
second time to exit programming. The machine goes
through a RESET procedure and positions on the
READY mode.
An item can be modified by selecting it with the numeric



keys and confirming the choice pressing .


ATTENTION! THE SETUP ROUTINE RESETS THE
PRODUCTION CYCLE AND INTERRUPTS THE
AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION OF THE CARDS.
