8. Lift the machine vertically
clear of the floor and blocks
(see Figure 3-31).
9. Remove the blocks.
10. Raise the lower straps until
the machine is completely
inverted (see Figure 3-32).
11. Replace the blocks under
the turning arm and coun-
terweight arm.
