External Radio 2 AUD
Hi/Lo
These pins provide an audio output to the audio system from
External Radio 2. Assignment of a transceiver to External Radio
2 is a programmable option, default is to the audio
management unit. This output is capable of adjustment from
2.5Vrms ±0.25 Vrms (10mW) to 7.75 Vrms ±0.25 Vrms
(100mW) into a 600 Ω load (except as noted)
These pins provide an audio output to the audio system from
Transceiver 3. Assignment of a transceiver to Audio 3 is a
programmable option, default is to the transceiver in slot 3.
This output is capable of adjustment from 2.5Vrms ±0.25 Vrms
(10mW) to 7.75 Vrms ±0.25 Vrms (100mW) into a 600 Ω load
(except as noted)
External Radio 1 AUD
Hi/Lo
These pins provide an audio output to the audio system from
External Radio 1. Assignment of a transceiver to External Radio
1 is a programmable option, default is to the audio
management unit. This output is capable of adjustment from
2.5Vrms ±0.25 Vrms (10mW) to 7.75 Vrms ±0.25 Vrms
(100mW) into a 600 Ω load (except as noted)
Grounding this pin enables Audio 3 Push-To-Talk function.
There is a Stuck MIC timer of 120s in order to timeout
continuous transmission on COM channels.
Reserved for factory use only.
A ground on this pin invokes nighttime lighting mode to reduce
the brightness of the panel lighting. Lighting levels are
configurable (PMR only)
Grounding this pin enables the power supply in remote radios
being controlled by the RT-7000 PMR
Antenna Control 1 RX
LO/HI
These pins accept an RS-422 feedback signal from the optional
tunable antenna 1.
Antenna Control 3 RX
LO/HI
These pins accept an RS-422 control signal to the Antenna
Tuner for Antenna Port 3.
Antenna Control 3 TX
HI/LO
These pins provide an RS-422 data signal to the Antenna
Tuner for Antenna Port 3
These pins accept an audio input for Jack2 (default hand held
radio #1) with the following characteristics: Input Impedance:
1000 Ω ± 10% maximum. : Circuitry type: Differential. : Input
Gain Selectable: 10 mW. : 25mW and 100mW. : Rated input:
7.75 Vrms ±0.25 Vrms (100mW) nominal from 600 Ω ±10%
