Display of the ID after a successful authorisation.

timing starts.
Current measured values. The number of arrow
symbols represent the number of loaded phases.
After a few seconds, the last digits of the ID are
substituted.
Display of duration with tenths of seconds, only in
the first minutes after the start.
Summary at the end of the charging process.
