Carrying out installation
1. Dig the excavation pit.
– Width: 1311 mm
– Length: 2135 mm
– Depth: 800 mm
2. Prepare the substrate for a stable
installation of the CMS.
– Fill the excavation pit by 100 mm
with chippings (1).
– Create a flat support surface.
3. Embed the concrete base (1) of the CMS into the excavation pit with suitable lifting gear.
4. Align the concrete base with the charging station (3).
– Distance dimensions in [mm], see figure.
5. Fill pipe (2) in base by 200 mm with fine sand.
6. Embed the concrete base (4) of the collision protection into the excavation pit with suitable
lifting gear.
7. Align the concrete base with the charging station (3).
– Distance dimensions in [mm], see figure.
8. Fill pipe (5) in base by 200 mm with fine sand.
