8 Fault Shutdown and Troubleshooting
If a fault occurs within the system the inverter will recognize and report via the
LED or LCD panel. If this occurs, reference the following section prior to
contacting post-sales service. This will ensure the quickest time to resolution
possible.
8.1 LED Fault and Troubleshooting
Please refer to the definition of LED lights in Table 4-1 and troubleshoot
according to Table 8-1:

Neither the “Power”
LED nor the LCD screen
lights up.
1. Turn off the external AC breaker
2. Switch the DC switch to “OFF” position
3. Check the PV input voltage and polarity
The “GRID” LED is
blinking.
1. Turn off the external AC breaker
2. Switch the DC switch to “OFF” position
3. Check whether the grid voltage is
normal and whether the cable
connection of AC side is correct and
secure
The “RUN” LED lights
off or “FAULT” LED
lights up.
