4.3.2.3 Configuring FTP Settings
You can store the recorded videos and snapshots on the FTP server.
Preparation
Make sure you have purchased or download a FTP server and installed it on your PC.
For the created FTP user, you need to set the write permission; otherwise the upload of
recorded videos and snapshots will be failed.
Procedure
Select Main Menu > SETTING > NETWORK.
Step 1
The NETWORK interface is displayed.
Click NETWORK SETTING. Step 2
The NETWORK SETTING interface is displayed.
Configure FTP settings. Step 3
1) Double-click FTP.
The FTP interface is displayed. See Figure 4-57.

2) Configure the parameters. For details, see Table 4-27.

IP address of the PC that is installed with FTP server.
Port
The default value is 21.
Username
User name and password to access FTP server.
Password
Anonymous
Select the Anonymous check box, and then you can login anonymously
without entering the user name and password.
