Map the
channel with
PoE port
The PoE port is correspondence to channel one by one. For example, PoE
port 1 corresponds to Channel 1.
When using network cable to connect IP camera to PoE port, if all the channels are occupied,
the system prompts up a message requiring for take placing of one channel. The user should
select a channel in this case. The existing digital channel that corresponds to PoE port should
not be occupied.

You can test the network status and load.
4.3.2.6.1 Testing Network Status
You can test the network status and view the average delay and packet loss rate.
Select Main Menu > INFO > NETWORK > NET TEST. Step 1
The NET TEST interface is displayed. See Figure 4-61.

In the Destination IP box, enter the IP address, and then click Test. Step 2
After testing is completed, the test result is displayed. You can view the evaluation for
average delay, packet loss rate, and network status. See Figure 4-62.
