14.2 Adjusting the height of the rest table

Standard checking
The sole of the lowered pick-up folder 6 must rest plainly on the rest
table 4 with its whole length.
This is necessary so that the piping strip is under tension over its
whole length when being notched.
Lower the pick-up folder 11 down on the rest table 12.
Check inclination of the rest table.
Correction
Loosen screw 13 and align the piping cutter parallel to the sole of
the pick-up folder in sewing direction.
Tighten screw 13.
