14.7 Exchanging the toothed belt
Caution: Danger of injury!
Switch off the main switch.
Exchange the toothed belt only with the sewing unit switched off.
Correction
Remove the single piping stop c ompletely. (See chapter 14.4)
Loosen screws 3 and screw off the clamping plate.
Unscrew screw 1, take off the front idler 2 and remove the toothed
belt 4.
The new toothed belt is mounted in reverse order.
When the new toothed belt is mounted, adjust the toothed belt
tension (chapter 14.5).
