15.5 Adjusting the butterfly valves
Caution: Danger of injury !
Adjust the butterfly valves with utmost caution when the sewing
unit is running.
Standard checking
The positioning device (turning device) 1 and the pattern shift
correction 4 should swivel in and out rapidly, but not abruptly.
Activate the test program

Select the output element

The positioning/turning device swivels.
Check the motions of the positioning device ( turning device) 1.
Correction
Adjust the throttling valves.
Throttling valve 2 = Turn the turning device in sewing
position.
Throttling valve 3 = Turn the turning device in normal or
loading position.
Throttling valve 5 = Pattern shift correction
