4.8 Finding subscribers by tier status
The
find
command allows you to find all subscribers with a specific status within one or
several groups. The unit will display all subscribers whose status matches the exact data you
entered.
To find subscribers with a specific status:
1. Press <Enter> to display the CU4> prompt.
2. Type
find
<status> <group[,number of groups]> and press <Enter>
(for example,
find pay 250,5
).
Possible statuses:
OBP off: no service
basic: basic service
pay: extended basic service
xxx: basic and pay, for an inclusive service only; otherwise this
status cannot be used
Multi-tier from a to h (inclusive services)
off
group: 1 to maximum number of groups
number of groups: group + number of groups ^ maximum number of groups
The parameter for the number of groups is optional. If you do not enter the number of
groups, the default value will be 1.
OBP example
Enter the following command to find all subscribers with the status “basic” who are in
groups 3 and 4. You must enter the status (basic) followed by the first group’s number (3)
followed by the total number of groups you want to display (2). The number of subscribers
with the status “basic” found within the specified groups will be displayed at the bottom of
the screen.
