PROline Promag 10 9 Trouble-shooting
Endress+Hauser 67
9.2 System error messages
Serious system errors are always recognised by the device as “Fault messages” and
are indicated with a lightning flash ($) on the display! Fault messages have a direct
effect on the inputs and outputs. Simulations and positive zero return, on the other hand,
are only classed and displayed as notice messages.
"
Caution!
In the event of a serious fault, a flowmeter might have to be returned to the manufacturer
for repair. The procedures on Page 6 must be carried out before you return a flowmeter
to Endress+Hauser. Always enclose a fully completed “Declaration of Contamination”
form with the device. A copy of the form can be found at the end of these Operating
Instructions.
