Application for Conguring Scanner Operations (Web Cong)
Web Cong is an application that runs in web browsers, such as Microso Edge and Safari, on a computer or a
smart device. You can
conrm
the scanner status or change the network service and scanner settings. To use Web
Cong, connect the scanner and the computer or device to the same network.

How to Run Web Cong in a Web Browser
e scanner comes with built-in soware called Web Cong (a Web page where you can make settings). To access
Web Cong, simply enter the IP address of a network-connected scanner in your Web browser.
1. Check the scanner's IP address.
Example IP address: 192.168.100.201
2. Launch a Web browser from a computer or a smart device, and then enter the scanner's IP address in the
address bar.
Format: http://scanner’s IP address/
Example: http://192.168.100.201/
If a warning screen is displayed in your browser, you can safely ignore the warning and display the Web page
(Web
Cong
). Since the scanner uses a self-signed
certicate
when accessing HTTPS, a warning is displayed
on the browser when you start Web
Cong
; this does not indicate a problem and can be safely ignored.
Depending on your browser, you may need to click on Advanced Settings to view the Web page.
