m = 2: 2 dots, 3: 3 dots, 4: 4 dots, 5: 5 dots
s: Space adjustment value
-3 ≤ s ≤ 3 (1/240-inch units)
v1, v2: Bar length
v1 + v2 × 256 (1/72-inch units)
Note:
T The v1 and v2 values are ignored when POSTNET is selected.
T The long bar length of POSTNET is always 0.125 inch; the short bar length
is always 0.050 inch.
