Filter block — The filter processor block, when first inserted, provides
one of ten filter selections; additional filters can be then be added. The
available filters and adding additional filters are as described for the Line
audio Filter block on page 103.
NOTE: Selecting Bass & Treble Filter inserts two separate filters.
Dynamics block
— The dynamics processor block, when inserted, each
provide one of four dynamic processors. The available processors are as
described for the Line audio Dynamics block on page 104.
Volume controls — The always-present volume controls (see figure 60) provide mono
or left and right channel controls to adjust the audio level of each output through a range
of 0 dB (effectively muted) to +100 dB (full volume). There are five analog and eight digital
volume controls. They are similar, with the exception of the Output Signal Source control.
The analog and digital types apply to the outputs as shown below:
• Analog volume controls —
• Amplifier (AMP) — Output 1 only (not present on non-IPCP models)
NOTE: For MA models, the audio fader is mono.
• Analog (ANA VOL) — Output 1 and 2 (8x2 matrix size)
Output 1 through 4 (all other matrix sizes)
• Digital volume controls —
• HDMI (HDMI) — Output 1 through 4 (all matrix sizes, except 8x2, in which both
HDMI outputs are paired with DTP)
• DTP (DTP) (paired outputs include HDMI) — Output 1 and 2 (8x2 matrix size)
Output 3 and 4 (8x4 matrix size)
Output 3 through 6 (8x6 matrix size)
Output 5 through 8 (10x8 matrix size)
