= Carriage return and line feed
}
= Carriage return (no line feed)
| = Pipe (can be used interchangeably with the
}
character)
• = Space
E = Escape key
W = Can be used interchangeably with the E character
X! = TP (scaled) and insertion output number
10x8 matrix 05, 06, 07, and 08
8x6 and 8x4 matrix 03 and 04
8x2 matrix 01 and 02
X@ = Switching effect 0 = cut (Default) 2 = Seamless fade
1 = fade through black 3 = Seamless cut
X# = Effect duration 01 – 50 in 0.1 second increments (Default = 2 = 0.2 seconds)
X$ = Input number 00
–
the highest numbered input for your model
(
00
= untied input, valid for tie
commands only)
X% = Output number 00 – the highest numbered output for your model
(
00
= untied output, valid for tie
commands only)
NOTE: Paired output numbers that include A and B (such as 5A and 5B) are invalid X% values.
X^ = EDID value (resolution and rate) See EDID Values Table on page 73.
X& = Output number (including paired, A and B, outputs)
10x8 matrix 01, 02, 03, 04, 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B, 07, and 08
8x6 matrix 01, 02, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B, 05, and 06
8x4 matrix 01, 02, 3A, 3B, 4A, and 4B
8x2 matrix 1A, 1B, 2A, and 2B
NOTE: Paired output numbers (such as 5A and 5B) without the A or B are invalid X& values.
X* = EDID filename <name>.bin.
Can include a full path name. File carries 128 or 256 bytes of data.
X( = Mute and auto memory status enable and disable 0 = Disable (unmute) 1 = Enable (mute) 2 = Mute video and sync
X1) = Input audio source 0 = Auto (see Example 2 on page 72) (default)
1 = HDMI (digital audio)
2 = Analog 2-channel audio
X1! = Output audio source 0 = Original HDMI audio 1 = Embed audio (from DSP) 2 = None
X1@ = Detected input audio format 0 = None 2 = 2-channel PCM
1 = Analog 3 = Bitstream
X1# = HDCP authorized device, freeze, and film 0 = Off or disable 1 = On or enable
X1$ = HDCP output mode 0 = Auto (follow the input) (default)
1 = On (always encrypt HDMI outputs)
2 = Follow input with continuous DVI trials
3 = Always encrypt HDMI outputs with continuous DVI trials
X1% = HDCP notification 0 = Black screen 1 = Green screen (default)
X1^ = HDCP status (for inputs) 0 = No source device connected 2 = Connected source is not HDCP-compliant
1 = Connected source is HDCP-compliant
X1& = HDCP status (for outputs) 0 = No monitor connected
1 = Monitor connected but does not support HDCP
2 = Monitor connected, supports HDCP, but the video signal is not encrypted
3 = Monitor connected, supports HDCP, and the video signal is encrypted
