System Overview
This manual provides information about the FT-70 Machine Type
05 (MT05) Inspection System for cans. The MT05 version of the
FT-70 is equipped with the following:
• Solid State Detector or Scintillation Tube Detector
• Centerline Trigger
• High Resolution Encoder (required for variable speed
production lines)
The FT-70 provides high speed overfill or underfill fill level
container inspection. When a container fails inspection the FT-70
can signal a rejector to remove the defective container from the
production line.
