Aligning the Fill Level Inspection Beam
You must adjust the FT-70’s head height so the fill level inspection
beam contacts the container at the proper height. The FT-70 can
perform either underfill inspection or overfill inspection, it can not
perform both simultaneously.
1. Before you begin any sensor calibration procedure turn off the
Safety Interlock Switch as expalined in Chapter 5: The Safety
Interlock Switch.
2. Loosen the Head Height Locking Handle on the side of the
inspection head and using the Inspection Head Height Crank,
raise the head all the way.
