compensation.
Responses: NONE (impedance compensation is turns off)
WIRE2 (2-wire impedance compensation is on)
WIRE4 (4-wire impedance compensation is off)
Example: ZCOMP? returns NONE
Return NONE when no impedance compensation is applied to the resistance, capacitance
or RTD output.
