Current command position, current feedback position or current deviation (2 word) is stored. Current
position is a division number, deviation amount is in 1 pulse unit.

The min. value 1 is corresponds to 1 [r/min].
Address 4 The current output torque is stored in 1 word.
The min. value 1 is corresponds to 1% of rated (100%) torque.
