The Scanner Cannot Be Powered ON
Check the following points
● Is the power cable connected properly? (page 174)
● Is the main power switch turned on? (page 174)
● Did you press the power button on the front? (page 174)
If the problem persists, check the items in Before You Contact the Scanner Service Provider (page 190)
first, then contact the distributor/dealer where you purchased this product. Refer to the contact
information in the Contact List or the Contact for Inquiries section in Safety Precautions bundled with this
product and make an inquiry.
● Is the power cable connected properly?
Solution
Connect the power cable properly.

Solution
Press the [
] side of the main power switch.
