● Have the documents just been printed out from a copy machine or a laser printer? (page 178)
● Is the document stack thinner than 50 mm? (page 178)
● Does the document stack weigh less than 5 kg? (page 178)
● Are the pick rollers, separator roller and brake roller installed correctly? (page 178)
● Are the pick rollers, separator roller and brake roller clean? (page 178)
● Are the pick rollers, separator roller and brake roller worn out? (page 178)
● Did you adjust the paper separation force on the operator panel? (page 178)
