An automation label can be configured to be easily triggered here.
This label can be set in Automation → Option tab.

Click the Execute button to execute the automation cue.
This section is used to manually execute a configured automation
label.
Select a label and click the Execute button to execute the
automation label manually.
This section is used to execute automation commands and select
macros for a configured projector.
Select the projector primitive or macro to be executed and click the
Execute button to send a command to the selected projector.
