Procedures (CH1): Frequency (measure/source) 8.6
Only do one frequency calibration, use either the measure
function or the source function.
Frequency calibration (measure function)
Do the procedure as follows:
1. Connect the applicable calibration equipment
(Ref: Table 8-1)
2. Let the equipment get to a stable temperature
(minimum: 5 minutes since the last power on)
3. Set-up the equipment as follows:
Signal generator: Output = 10V
Unipolar
Square wave
Frequency = 990 Hz
Druck DPI 620 Genii: Input units = Hz
Input trigger level = 5 V
4. Use the calibration menu (Ref: Section 8.1) to do a one-
point calibration.
5. Check the calibration is correct.
