Procedures (CH1): Frequency Amplitude (source) 8.7
Do the procedure as follows:
Note: The procedure that follows calibrates the “mark” value
of the square wave frequency output. The “space” value is
fixed and is approximately -120 mV.
1. Connect the applicable calibration equipment (Ref:
Table 8-1).
2. Let the equipment get to a stable temperature
(minimum: 5 minutes since the last power on).
3. Set-up the equipment as follows:
Source frequency = 0 (For DC output);
Waveform = Square
4. Use the calibration menu (Ref: Section 8.1) to do a two-
point calibration.
Point 1 = 0.2 V, point 2 = 20 V
