The syntax and timing of the communication with the
instrument is as follows:
With:
ESC = escape (ASCII CHR 27)
* = star (ASCII CHR 42)
AB = remote code of an instrument function
CR = carriage return (ASCII CHR 13)
|_| = Space (ASCII CHR 32)
n Bytes = function value of function AB
ETX = end of text (ASCII CHR 3)
LF = line feed (ASCII CHR 10)
