Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Action
There is excessive
water in the chamber.
Connection between
the unit cooler and the
drain tube is loose
Conrm the connection is secure. Tighten the
connection if necessary.
Drain line is plugged
Conrm the drain tube is free of debris. Remove
debris if necessary.
Replace drain tube if necessary.
Humid air is entering
the chamber
Conrm the Compartmental Access Refrigerator is
level, and the doors are aligned, closing tightly, and
sealing correctly. Correct issues as necessary.
Ensure penetrations at the top of the cabinet are
sealed.
There is excessive
humidity on the doors.
Humid air is entering
the chamber
Conrm the Compartmental Access Refrigerator
is level, and the doors are aligned, closing
tightly, and sealing correctly. Correct issues as
necessary.
Heated glass door is
not functioning properly
Conrm the door is plugged into the cabinet outlet.
Check voltage at cabinet outlet.
Check amperage for door glass (115V = 0.53 -
1.05 Amps; 230V = 0.29 - 0.55 Amps).
Relative humidity
around the
Compartmental
Access Refrigerator is
above 80%
Conrm the Compartmental Access Refrigerator is
placed properly. Refer to Section II, Item 5.
Water leaks from
the bottom of the
Compartmental
Access Refrigerator.
Humid air is entering
the chamber
Conrm the Compartmental Access Refrigerator is
level, and the door is aligned, closing tightly, and
sealing correctly.
