4.2.23 Advanced Setup
Advanced Setup offers additional screens to fine-tune your COMPUSHIFT II configuration.
Button Function
Press the "Select" button enter Advanced Setup mode.
Advanced Setup Menu
Screens are arranged in a repeating sequence, so if you press the "Next Screen" button (right arrow) a
number of times, you'll eventually return to the initial screen,Shift Pressure Tables(see page 62).
The sequence is as follows:
Shift Pressure Tables(see page 62)
Shift Speed Tables(see page 65)
TPS Direction(see page 67)
TPS Ground(see page 68)
MAP Sensor Ground(see page 68)
Engine Temp Sensor Bias(see page 68)
Transmission Temp Sensor Bias(see page 69)
This operation erases all settings, including any pre-programming that HGM configured before shipping to
you, so use with caution.
Adjust these settings with care. If set improperly, you could damage your vehicle or your COMPUSHIFT II. If
you have any questions, contact your distributor or HGM headquarters.
