For the calibration environment, refer to the accuracy guarantee conditions (p. 112).
Calibrating impedance measurement
• Use a standard resistor with non-aged degradation and good temperature characteristics.
• Use a resistor that enables one to congure the four-terminal pair structure, to not be subject to the effect of
the lead wires of the resistor.
• For connection between this instrument and the standard resistor, refer to the gure shown below.
