Pre-Operation Inspection
Checking LOW side contact
Perform the following check with the LOW terminal test leads removed.

Turn off the instrument power.

Connect the test leads to the HIGH
terminals.
(Do not connect the test leads to the LOW
terminals.)

Turn on the instrument power.

Set the contact check function to [ON].

Allow the test leads to short circuit.

Start a test.

Check that a contact error occurs.
(If the test still starts even under these conditions,
the contact check function may not be [ON] or the
instrument may be damaged.)
