Code Error Message Countermeasure
1736 It is time to maintain the
Diaphragm Pump.
It is recommended to replace it
with a new one.
This message appears when the diaphragm
pump run time has reached a specified limit (720
hours).
Click the [OK] button to dismiss the message.
1800 Main Power Switch is off, or the
USB cable is not connected.
This message appears when the power supply
for the SEM main unit is OFF or a
communication error is detected due to an
unplugged USB cable.
Click the [OK] button to dismiss the message.
